1. In the Bank of Utah Pinnacle Dashboard, click the Transactions tab in the sidebar.
2. Click either one of the tabs (Pending & Cleared, Declined, and Refunded) to see the transactions.
3. Click the transaction you wish to sync manually.
4. Enter any information required per your company's expense policy, such as expense Category, User, Memo, and Receipts.
5. Then just click Sync below transaction details.
6. There will be a confirmation that the sync is being processed, and when it's completed.
