How to Terminate a Virtual or Physical Card

Users can terminate their card anytime by following the steps below:

1. Log in to your account via https://creditcards.bankofutah.com and click Cards from the left-side menu of the Dashboard.
   
    
2. Select the card you wish to cancel/terminate
   
    
3. On the Card's details page, on the upper-right, click Actions then Terminate Card.
   
    
4. You will get a message asking to confirm the intended action. Click Terminate to proceed.
   
    
5. You'll get a message at the bottom of the page confirming that the card has been terminated.
