Admin users can deactivate users who no longer require a Bank of Utah Pinnacle account.
1. Log in to https://creditcards.bankofutah.com
2. Navigate to the Users page on the side menu.
3. In the Users section, you will see a list of all users. Scroll through the list or use the search function to find the user you wish to deactivate.
4. After selecting the user, move your cursor to the rightmost panel of the screen. Click Actions.
5. Click on the pencil icon to open the edit user details panel. Choose the Deactivate User button.
6. Enter the reason for deactivating the user in the provided note field. Click the Deactivate button to confirm the changes.
7. A confirmation message will appear at the bottom of the screen.
