How to update your email address, birthdate, and other personal information using the mobile app

Users can update their personal information on file by following these steps:

1. Open the Bank of Utah Pinnacle mobile app and tap ☰ from the upper left.

2. From the side menu, tap your user profile tile.

3. Tap Profile Setting

4. Make the updates that you need and tap Save to apply the changes.

5. You'll get a confirmation at the bottom of the screen when the update is successful.
