How to request a new virtual card [user]

Users can request a new virtual card in the web app by logging in to their account and accessing their dashboard.

1. Log in to https://creditcards.bankofutah.com.

2. On your Dashboard, click the Quick Actions button at the bottom left corner of your account screen and select Request Card.

   

3. Select the Type of virtual card that you would like to request, and input the amount you wish to request on the virtual card.

   • Single Use cards expire after one transaction.
   • Fixed cards allow for a set amount that can be used until that amount has been spent.
   • Recurring cards can be used multiple times without expiring.

   Note: Users can add a card description for record-keeping. This field is not mandatory.

   

4. Click the Submit button.

   

5. Once submitted, a message will appear at the bottom of your screen confirming that your request has been successfully submitted. You will be notified once your card is ready.
