Users can dispute a transaction on their card.
- Log in to https://creditcards.bankofutah.com.

Navigate to the Transactions page on the side menu.

We have tabs for All, Pending & Cleared, Declined, and Refunded under Transactions.

Under Pending & Cleared, please look for the transaction you must dispute. Click Dispute on the hamburger icon (
) on the right side of the transaction.
- Choose the appropriate selection in the Dispute questionnaire. Users can attach additional documentation to supplement the dispute investigation. Click Submit to successfully dispute the transaction.
Note: Disputed transactions usually take 30-60 days to be verified and processed. Once successfully disputed, the amount will be credited to your account and will reflect in your Available Balance. Also, please keep in mind that you can only dispute transactions that have occurred within a 45-day window from the date the transaction was initially made.
