Users may modify and configure alert preferences within the dashboard to ensure notifications are tailored to their need by following the steps below:
Part 1: Configure Company Alert Settings (Admin Only)
1. Log in to your account: https://app.creditcards.bankofutah.com.
2. On the lower left side, click on your company name, then choose Business Settings.
3. Select Alert Settings.
4. Review Each Alert Type
For each alert (e.g., Card Issuance, Expense Approved, Payment Created):
5. Review available notification channels: (Email, SMS, Push)
6. Decide which alert would you like to disable or enable on each notification channel.
Changes will automatically saved.
Part 2: Configure Personal Alert Settings (Individual Users)
1. Log in to your account: https://app.creditcards.bankofutah.com.
2. On the lower left side, click on your company name, then choose Personal Settings.
3. Select Alert Settings.
4. Review Each Alert Type
For each alert (e.g., Card Issuance, Expense Approved, Payment Created):
5. Review available notification channels: (Email, SMS, Push)
6. Decide which alert would you like to disable or enable on each notification channel.
